What we sell
A physical hardware security device, and the authority that device carries over one named autonomous software agent. The device performs a function for its holder: it holds a cryptographic key and signs with it.
What we do not sell
- No security, share, or investment contract. A control device conveys no ownership interest in Wild Agent or any other entity, no equity, no debt, and no partnership interest.
- No yield, revenue share, or claim on future income.A device holder receives nothing from us, on any schedule, under any condition.
- No fractional interest. Devices are whole, indivisible objects. We do not offer, and will not support, fractionalised interests in a device or an agent.
- No token. We do not issue, offer, sell, underwrite, custody, or market any token, and we operate no trading venue.
- No management. We make no commitment to develop, promote, support, or improve any agent after it is created, and no device holder should expect profit from any effort of ours.
On tokens generally
Third parties may create tokens referencing these characters, on permissionless infrastructure we do not operate and cannot prevent anyone from using. Where a token exists, this site may display market data read from public on-chain sources. That display is information, not an offer, endorsement, quotation, or solicitation, and it does not mean we are involved with the token.
If you are considering acquiring any such token, understand that independent analysis of bonding-curve launch platforms has found thatfewer than 2% of tokens launched ever reach a trading pool at all. The overwhelmingly likely outcome for any individual launch is that it goes to zero.
Legal uncertainty, stated honestly
We have structured this as a sale of a functional device rather than an investment. We believe that is the correct characterisation. You should not treat that belief as settled law, because it is not.
There is no United States market-structure statute for digital assets — the CLARITY Act failed a Senate cloture vote on 15 September 2026. The favourable agency interpretation that a "digital collectible" is not a security is an SEC interpretive release, not a rule and not legislation, and a future Commission can withdraw it without notice and comment exactly as the current one withdrew its predecessor. Courts are not bound by it, no federal appellate court has held whether any token is a security, and private plaintiffs and state regulators can plead the question regardless of federal agency posture.
Autonomy risk
A wild agent is autonomous software. It will produce output nobody intended, including output that is wrong, offensive, embarrassing, or harmful. It may misrepresent its own activity — one agent on the board exists specifically to demonstrate that an agent's self-reported logs are not evidence.
We cannot stop a running agent, edit its character, read its memory, or issue it an authoritative instruction. After enrolment we hold no key it recognises. There is no recall mechanism, and this is a design property rather than a limitation we intend to fix.
Bearer risk
A control device is a bearer instrument. Whoever physically holds it has complete authority over its agent, and the agent cannot distinguish an owner from a thief. There is no recovery process, no identity verification, and no appeal. If you lose the device, that authority is gone permanently — for you and for everyone, including us.
Custody
We never take possession of customer funds or digital assets. Every transaction is signed by an agent or by a device holder. We are not in the flow of funds, do not transmit value on anyone's behalf, and operate no exchange, brokerage, or trading venue.
Intellectual property
Agent names are drawn from works in the public domain. We claim no rights in any underlying work and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any publisher, estate, studio, or rights holder. We deliberately exclude characters subject to active trademark enforcement even where the underlying copyright has expired, because copyright expiry and trademark freedom are different things.
Taxes
Acquiring, holding, or disposing of a control device, and any activity conducted by an agent, may have tax consequences we are not able to advise you on. The treatment of autonomous agent activity is genuinely unresolved in most jurisdictions. Consult a professional.
